Can I manage more than one website from TWS?

Yes. If you manage multiple Teqneia websites, you log in once at tws.teqneia.com and select which domain you want to work on. Each website's content, analytics, and contacts remain separate.

Does TWS include website analytics?

Yes. TWS includes a Visitor Tracking service with an aggregated report (page, top visitor countries, referral codes, source websites, visit counts) and a detailed report listing every individual visit with IP address, timestamp, country, and page. A daily summary of the last 24 hours is emailed automatically at 9:00 AM UTC+2.

Does TWS work as a CRM?

TWS includes a lightweight, built-in CRM: every submission through a website's contact form is saved as a contact record (name, mobile, email, company) with a linked message history, and contacts can be exported for use in a larger CRM system.

Do I need a developer to update my website content?

The aggregated report groups visits by page and shows your top 3 visitor countries with percentages, plus a breakdown by referral code (for example a Google Maps listing link) and source website, including total visits and deduplicated unique visits. The detailed report lists every single visit with IP address, date and time, country, page, referral code, and source website. A filtered summary of the last 24 hours is emailed automatically every day at 9:00 AM (UTC+2) to the address configured for the site.

The Contact Us module lets you customize the section shown on your website (title, description, and the mailbox that receives messages), then automatically saves every submission as a contact record: name, mobile number, email, and company. A flexible, no-code content system that makes your website dynamic — update it yourself, anytime.

Flexi Content is the CMS behind every Teqneia website. Each section of the site — About Us, Services, Key Customers, Values, and more — is built from the same flexible structure: a name (shown in the admin sidebar), a title and text shown on the site, an image, and an optional list of items (each with its own title, link label, link, text, description, icon, and image). Sections can be nested under a parent, so you can build simple pages or rich, multi-part layouts without writing code or waiting on a developer.
